BACKGROUD
In 2020, the pandemic hit the entire world, and it crashed the healthcare system not only for humans but also for our pets. So I came up with an idea to design a prototype of an online vet service app-E-VET. This app will use video consulting and message consulting to connect with vets in your local areas and around the world.
DESIGN PROCESS
There are three main sections in this app: online vet, pet sitting, and pet community. ​In the online vet section, you can schedule an online consultation with any vets on the app, including video consultation, message consultation, and online payment.
VISIONS

​Pet sitting section provides qualified dog walkers and pet daycare services in your locals.

​The Pet community section can function as Instagram for dogs, where you can share posts about your pets and gain pet health information.

This app aims not only to provide convenient healthcare services for our pets but also to help users build connections in the pet community.
SEGMENT ONE.
Segment one is the feature of this app. I designed this to allow users to search for veterinarians locally or remotely. Users can make payments, schedule in-person visits, and make video/message consultations.

In segment two, I introduced the pet-sitting and pet-walking service. This feature allows users to find availability quicker and pay less. Because my platform offers free business operations, this helps service providers lower their budgets and charge users less money.

Users are allowed to post and share their pets' moments in this community. Pet-care recommendations about animal care products and medical facts will be published through this community as well.
