CHINA DUTY FREE GROUP
With five years of product and brand knowledge in beauty, I was lucky to intern in the biggest retail enterprise-China Duty-Free Group. Since I was also familiar with western culture and spoke English fluently, They assigned me to their largest project-Sanya Duty-Free International Complex, for my summer internship in Hainan. I served customers worldwide at different brands' counters, trained sales, and hosted various events inside the mall.

I am passionate about fashion and beauty products. I discovered that many Western brands are either not sold in China or are over-priced. So I built an e-commerce store through WeChat to help consumers in China access a variety of western brands at affordable prices.

Thriving Live Stream Experience.
Many people are selling fake oversea products on Chinese leading e-commerce platforms. To differentiate from them, I started to use live streams to guide my customers to shop. In this way, it could provide them with more transparency.
Content Marketing.
I wrote blogs about brand stories and products and then promoted them through WeChat. Highlighted and selected specific products for target consumers based on their needs.
Built Community through WeChat Group.
After each sale was completed, I encouraged my consumers to share posts about their purchases in the WeChat group. I offered exclusive membership invitations to their friends and families. Rewarded them with future discounts and gifts.
